Shipping and Returns

We hope that you love your flowers once they arrive and will enjoy the life they bring to your space.

If however something is not quite as you expected you can return your item within 7 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our product- that you essentially begin using it as soon as its unpacked, we cannot accept returns beyond 7 days.

If you wish to make a return,you must ensure to package it carefully so it arrives back to us in the same condition it left here.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges and you are responsible for return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 Shipping Damages

We take great pains to package and prepare your arrangement to ensure it arrives to you in the same condition it leaves our workshop.

In the event that there is damage during shipping we ask that you let us know about this within 24-48 hours after you receive it. Claims filed after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Please take clear pictures of the damages as well as the inner and outer packaging if possible/ applicable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
