Returns and Refunds
We hope that you love your flowers once they arrive and will enjoy the life they bring to your space.
If, however, something is not quite as you expected, you can return your item within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our product- that you essentially begin using it as soon as its unpacked, we cannot accept returns beyond 7 days.

If you wish to make a return, you must ensure to package it carefully so it arrives back to us in the same condition it left here.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges and you are responsible for return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We take great pains to package and prepare your arrangement to ensure it arrives to you in the same condition it leaves our workshop.
In the event that there is damage during shipping we ask that you let us know about this within 24-48 hours after you receive it. Claims filed after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Please take clear pictures of the damages as well as the inner and outer packaging if possible/ applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
